Well, after a long time with comes and goes I'm definetely back..
The lowest weight for me has been
56.2kg / 130.51
and I was so beautiful but then I moved to London, got a boyfriend and everything when to waste, I started eating like a cow..and I 'm so so embarrassed about that, now my weight is
73.9kg / 162.92
and my goal is
56kg / 123.45
but my inmediate goal is 69kg, then 64kg , then 59kg, and then finally 56kg.
So now I'm facing 3 days of liquid fast, I was gonna do tea fast or just water fast but I couldn't cos I feel way to dizzy so what Im gonna do is liquid fast including: coffee, tea, water(a lot!!!) and some energy drinks that i love and that are 6 calories, 0 fat, 0 saturates but im not gonna drink a lot though
Anyways wish me good luck cos I feel its really hard right now but I think a fast is what I really need, I used to spend weeks and weeks without food and I felt so good, now I'm aware I'm not that strong so I need training!

trick of the day: have bottles of water in front of you so if you are hungry you have to drink till you finish eat, you won't be hungry after that, also try having some sort of food(eg apple) in your room or with you when you go out so if you are so hungry that you wanna eat fastfood or some stuff like that you can have the apple..!
